The focus on her shoulder instead of her eye bring the attention there, but.. I don't think it's so much of a distraction since the lightning is also in there. I totally love the shadow in the overall of the picture.. Give that mood..

I know the "menaing" of the lightning but I think it makes the picture special and the dark face and the dark half begin to fathom. but it makes the girl/eyes and expression more interesting than before.
